[Lowfer] WM reception

Bill and other Lowfers,

It continues to be tough sledding for me to display the visual signal of 
WM. Perhaps Peter is faring better.

Nonetheless, about 0900Z 2/20/09 WM peaked nicely and an "M" was seen 
that actually looked as good as what W3EEE was then showing. This was 
followed by a nice "W", but then things returned to below the noise as 
they have been most of the time. This was 40 minutes after decoding TAG, 
so perhaps that's a useful guide as to when reception of WM is likely. 
Earlier, around 0600Z beacons MP, WEB, and WMS were noted.

The watering hole was monitored quite a bit the night 2/21/09 also. This 
produced two noticeable displays of "M", also around 0900Z. Beacons CV, 
EAR, MP, WMS, and XR were noted, as well, but not WEB.
