I see Steve, W2SES has repeated 190.520 kHz as the reception frequency 
for 3OHH 2/17/09 and no one countered with 190.50 so guess .52 is 
correct. But since the beacon was apparently out-of-band, I wonder if 
it's still operating on that frequency 4 days later. I've looked and 
haven't copied it but perhaps I'm just too far away and/or need more 
antenna on this end.
