[Lowfer] Beacons MP and WEB

I got lucky with K5D on 20 last weekend. There was a pipeline to the midwest
USA late on Sunday night and they were calling CQ mostly with no takers on
20 SSB and CW. Got 'em first call there. Worked them on 80 CW the other
night. I've been spending a lot of time on 40 CW and SSB calling with no
luck on that band.
