Just for the sake of my point of view: Look at Steves ARGO settings
for sensitivity, and contrast. These are good settings. I have noticed many operators running the sensitivity level way up ( which only
brightens the noise, and static levels that occur ).To get bolder lines from ARGO, I myself run my sensitivity about 1 mark up from the left,
and increase my Contrast setting to about 3/4th's up. This will give a bolder signal, with a darker background ( less fuzzies ). Everyone will
of course have their own preferences, I'm just giving my own experience
for what has worked good for me. --- 73, and Good LOWfer-ing :::
