Hi Steve, Lowfers,

How are you feeding the new 500 foot wire?  Are you treating it
as a short Beverage?  I have a 1200 foot wire aligned on the UK
and Europe with a 3:1 turns ratio toroid transformer to couple it
to the RG-6 feedline.
