[Lowfer] W3EEE grabber down

Last night around 0900Z, 2/12/09 the W3EEE grabber went "deaf". Prior to
that it had been doing a good job displaying ARGO QRSS-30 signals from
MP and WM. The web page works, but received signals are absent, for
whatever reason. The good WM displays raised hopes I would see it too
but that didn't happen. MP was in there, along with traces of CV, but no
WM was apparent. Beacon WEB was coming in well and NDB HBT on 390 kHz
from well out the Aleutian Island chain in Alaska (3257 miles) was fair
copy at 0830Z. Signals from the east should not have been bad either
because NDB POR on 327 kHz nearly 4000 miles away in Portugal was copied
around 0430Z. However, TAG decoding attempted after 1000Z was not
successful so not seeing WM was probably to be expected. Perhaps
tonight propagation will be better.
