[Lowfer] TAG and Wolf

Bill,

No, I won't be tinkering with the TAG format. Any attempt to do that 
would foul up those trying to copy the WOLF signal, which depends on the 
repetition of the 960 bit message.

Of course, the place is a bit tough to get to at this time of year, in 
any case. The camp is an A-frame, which keeps us from worrying about 
snow loads on the roof.
