[Lowfer] WMS back on the air

Beacon WMS is back on the air 187492 hz qrss 30 24/7.
Poor results last two nights listening. Weak copy on CV 254 miles, WEB
 booming in 
as usual from 454 miles. Nothing on XR or MP.
