Thanks Jay:
It has been raining steadily, and sometimes heavy overnight,
and still coming down. When I got up to come to work, I
looked at the RF meter, and it was still laying right at
200 mAmps with the ground absolutely soaked. No Power Drop !!
due to the wet ground. THAT, in itself is a vast improvement.
