Hi Charlie,

Good to hear from you. Just got back last night from the global warming up, north country. (Yah right; the average temp for December has been more like 12F :) I finally closed in the place up north and have time for LF stuff like starting up beacon WM as soon as I return on the 27th. Should have Wm, down here, running before then.

Keep you all posted on progress.
