[Lowfer] WMS in CT

Jay, Paul, and all:

Jay your capture shows me 2 things, #1; I have been looking at the wrong frequency, I've been looking at 187.492 and up. I trust your frequency
accuracy, so I'll look lower now. 
#2; I see that you also have those pesky, squiggly lines near Pauls
frequency, they are annoying, and move around in frequency, so I'm not
alone there.
I'm going to give another look for " WMS " around 187.490 KHz now.
