[Lowfer] Slight audio tayloring is possible on your end

Today being the first day I have been able to experiment with the
audio stream from a listener standpoint; I discovered that you
can make " some " slight adjustments to the audio you hear by using
the equalizer controls which are built into the media player.
You can raise or lower to some degree the frequencies within the
bandwidth I am sending out.
