[Lowfer] On 14.9 KHz lots of TV crud

Neat Picture,  except the radial system seems far too short.  Yeah  I 
know they don't "HAVE" to be 1/4 wave when ground mounted.  but 
shouldn't they even be close to that long,  and that's obviously far 
from a few miles long that they would need to be.
