[Lowfer] On 14.9 KHz lots of TV crud

Alright Todd:  I've moved back to " ICV " on 20.270 KHz,
this time in CW mode - 550 Hz pitch, and 250 Hz BW
It sounds like the warbbling tones of the MSK transmission
are stronger now, or maybe better in CW mode.
