Thanks for trying a lower Fc. I could hear it online as you were 
adjusting the center freq, nice job! It definitely sounds like ICV
is in there with the warbling tones but it is weak.
 
I wonder if you could try a lower Fc of around 450 Hz? That is 
just about right to my ears to pick out the warbling tones
from the noise. I am listening to ICV here along the coast
and what you are hearing sure sounds similar.
 
Also wonder if you could tune down to 19.8KHz NWC for a 
minute to compare signal strength? NWC is coming in
very readable over here right now.
