I wish to whole heartedly thank Rick Kunath for his help with this.
The info. and links he gave me were the key to getting the audio
stream up and running.  If the computer don't blow a gasket; my
hope is to run the audio during the " SAQ " transmission on-line.
If I can hear it, anyone who dosen't have VLF receive can hear it
" LIVE " ( with internet latency delay of course ) 

73 for now, and thanks to all who helped with the testing.
