[Lowfer] Online audio - Levels are now at maximum

Charlie, and whomever is still there:

I tuned down to 18.3 KHz - " HWU " French Naval communications
in LeBlanc, France. it is weaker than " NPM " in Hawaii, but the
tones in the audio seem to stand out a little more. Plus, the
Spherics are more evident on this signal.
