[Lowfer] UNID on 495.990 KHz

Hello All:

Somewhat disappointing, but I have come to the conclusion that
the signal I was seeing on Spectran between 3 to 4pm today
wasn't Fred - XSH/29. I'm afraid it was a good old TV line I 
was chasing in the neighborhood.
***  That's the reason for this post  *** was a station
operating on 495.990 KHz Sat. 8/30/09 between 07:00 to 08:00 UTC ?
The lines I was seeing appeared to be fairly consistent considering
QSB and such, and were around 1-1/2 min. long. I was using a 
5 cycle wide filter, and a 550 cycle CW offset, so whatever it was,
it was right in the audio passband.

This wouldn't be the first time I've chased ghost signals.  73 :::
