[Lowfer] Lowfer beacon XR

The noise level here should have been pretty decent over night. Listened 
a bit for WMS but nothing was noted so changed tuning for XR on 184.3222 
kHz, Argo, QRSS60, slow and saw traces from 0615Z to 0900Z, with "XR" 
standing out once around 0700Z. There was a major tropo opening SW-NE 
for VHF and up signals, with 1000 mile contacts in abundance. Too bad LF 
wasn't similarly enhanced.
