Hmm, Super LowFER Antenna? Are we talking Part-15 with the proposed antenna system? Suggesting a 200FT of T-H length (or any length) is truely out of the ballpark.
Plus, as has been pointed out, what the T-H couples to is as important a factor as having any T-H. Foliage in season is anathema.
Let's remember the 15M rule for tx ants.
Cheers, Peter

Concerning Top-Hats; does the law of
diminishing returns come into play ?? Is there any need to
go longer than 50' for the tophat wires ??
<...>
At the moment, I'm using 20' of Top-Hat wire length, in a
semi-circle pattern with a circumference wire tieing the
9 wires in the Top-Hat together. I can easily go 200' in
length with a single " T " type Top-Hat.
