[Lowfer] XR in NE IL

Andy, nice to see lowfer beacon XR again here near Chicago! Looked on 
184.322.2 kHz using ARGO QRSS60, slow over night and found the signal 
around midnight, 0500Z. It faded into my noise floor by 0800Z but picked 
back up as local sunrise neared and was pretty decent around 1000Z. The 
lightning map at http://thunderstorm.vaisala.com/explorer.html cleared 
through the night and that helped too. Thanks for putting XR back on the 
air. Haven't been able to copy anything other than the old reliables (MP 
and EAR) for awhile now.
