[Lowfer] testing mobile receiver

Howdy folks,
starting to test the mobile receiver, which is the Rycom 6040, and
the AMRAD probe antenna. Going to be tooling around this
weekend in western N.Y. (Buffalo Area) and also checking for
WIFI access points that will allow me to transmit the ARGO
RX output to the Buf-Grab site for updates/displays of signals.

Please bear with me as I make fine tuning adjustments to the mobile
software.
