Most of the many modes available on MultiPSK can be sent from text files. That's how Jay and I do our PSK and MFSK beaconing. Those modes are pretty much all designed for QSO's, and are not limited to simple messages.
WOLF's 15 character limit is of course built in, and not subject to change. WSPR now has some QSO ability. JASON can handle long input messages which can either be sent once or repeated.
