Hey Garry: 

Tnx for the report on " XR " , I didn't check it before I left
for work this morning at 10:45 UTC. There is a possibility that
it may have tripped off from a static discharge, but more likely
the sunrise issue you mentioned. It starts to dawn here now at
abt 10:30 UTC.
