Sad news indeed...

Lewis's receiving capabilities were pretty impressive...especially 
considering his southerly location. His captures of the old 185.3 watering 
hole were pretty amazing. Beacon IP was received in CT on many occasions as 
well. Had several e mail exchanges with him over the years - he was true 
gentleman.

He will be missed.

Yes, I have several captures from Lewis listed at 
http://www.nutstreet.net/xfx/ -- I remember when he got sick and was taking 
treatments.  It was so good to see him continuing though with his hobby when 
he felt well, and he provided good daytime and nighttime reception reports 
for me, possibly the only ones received from that direction.

This was sad news, I didn't know he was gone.  He was a nice guy and I'll 
certainly miss him.
