Paul:  WEB is back on the air.  It is QRSS - 30 full time.  For some
 reason the current is dowm ..
It was runing 108 ma at 9.4 Volts.  Usually it runs more like 120 ma at
 8.5 volts.  I will get out there sometime next week & see if I can find
 the problem.  
I spent the time  this day cutting down the weeds & grass around the
 antenna.
