I got an email from Bill Bowers tonight. He says WEB is off the air due to a power supply failure. He hopes to have it repaired and back on the air in a few days. Good copy on Warren's XGJ tonight 10 pm local to 0100am. I switched to xr and cv for the rest of the night. Nothing on them so far. Some storms in northern MO tonight average noise level. Paul k5wms
