Nothing special. Receiver is an Icom R75, 500Hz IF filter, and TCXO
option (not really needed, receiver is very stable even without it).
Antenna is L-400B e-probe mounted on a 20ft pole about 50ft from the
house. I did discover that grounding the coax shield to the (grounded)
antenna mast, as well has having a good ground at the receiver end
greatly reduced my noise pickup.
I may build a loop this winter.
