[Lowfer] Mods done on " XR Beacon, more power into the air now

With about 150-200 mile daytime CW by the ear coverage, the beacon 
should be good for nighttime skywave to a thousand miles easily with 
QRSS-30. Sounding like you improved the system greatly.
