[Lowfer] HiFer "OH"

Monitoring in DM04 but nothing at 5:25 PM PDT.  How close is that frequency?

"Hi Fer "OH" is loading into a new End Fed Half wave Vertical antenna.
The frequency is 13556.68 KHz. Mode is QRSS 3.

The 38.1 foot vertical is built using a telescoping fiberglass mast
setting inside a 10 foot piece of 2.5 inch diameter PVC pipe anchored to
a 4X4 post.

The beacon was activated at 2200 UTC,  I would appreciate any reports.
