[Lowfer] /16 on 507.00kc beaconing CW (heard in NE Oregon)

Thursday night static was high but I eventually had /6 on 506.350 at 0445
utc; usual strong /12 at 0449 utc on 505.40; and after 20 minutes of
listening, /16 at 0526 utc on 507.00. Note to Mike: please change beacon
message to something useful!! Sending 99 " WE"'s conveys no useful
information, when one "/16" is sent only every couple of minutes and static
wipes it out every time!! Rather sending 99 "/16" and one "WE" would have
allowed me to copy /16 much quicker!!!
My satellite internet was down all evening, so couldn't send this until this
morning.
