[Lowfer] XES PSK08 137.577 Tonight

Thanks to those who tried (unsuccessfully or not) to copy the QRP WSPR 
signal. My guess is that another 10 dB would have made a big difference.

WD2XES will be running in Spectrum Lab's PSK08 mode tonight on 137.577 
kHz, starting around 2300 UTC, and ending at 0600 UTC. Power will be the 
full 1 watt ERP. PSK08 is available from Spectrum Laboratory's Digimode 
Terminal, and isn't too fussy about sample rate, etc., as is the slower 
PSK02 version.

Reports are welcome.
