[Lowfer] Listening @ 506 KHz

I caught most of the QSO between /12 and /16 just now. Lots of fading and 
moderate static. /12 would fade up to strong then down to poor in 10-20 
seconds. /16 was always very weak with little fading.
Am copying /6 now with his very slow code on 506.350. His signal fades up 
and down but not as much. Am getting 95% of his repeating message. 0436 utc 
right now. His message number increments each time; just caught number 236. 
Using 7 Hz filter helps with his very slow code.
