[Lowfer] BOB beacon

I believe it sends "BOB" in CW. I haven't heard it yet. He's running about 
a watt but I'm not sure of his antenna system.

He also has another beacon signing "BA" at the same site on 186.36 kHz 
using an 80 meter dipole as a top-loaded vertical. This is a temporary 
beacon which will be going back to Brice Anderson in Mt. Carmel, IL soon. 
He said he expects "BA" to be weaker than "BOB" due to a difference in 
antennas.
