[Lowfer] (no subject)...505 stations

I am on the air all the time. Just seems the listeners are not reporting
or nobody is listening like they were when the guys just got going on
600m. I know the NE guys signals are healthy as I can hear them in
Minnesota. My signal goes into NE Ohio with ease at night (CW or QRSS),
as well as 250 miles from here in daylight (CW). I can hear /6, /15 &
/12 all the time at night. When Rudy /20 was on, I could hear him every
night. I agree the activity report is only as accurate as the listeners
reporting. Many listeners don't report so it appears the band is dead.
To hear most stations with the summer static levels, it takes something
other than a random wire, horizontal dipole or any other HF type
antenna. I've had locals tell me they can't hear a thing of my signal
but yet I drive out to their location and can hear my signal knocking me
off my feet loud with my receive equipment (RX loop & Sangean 909 portable).
