   Does HI have a web site ? I don't have a part 5 license , but ALL of my 
part 15 beacons are TRUE part 15 . Lyle's little final inside the shack and 
no stretching the wire length to any strange formula , length , or 
configuration .It would take the fun out of it .
   Part 5 would be fun but it is getting way too expensive for me and with 
my limited ability to build these days , probably not going to happen . Too 
bad we don't have free Part 5 licenses , that don't take a broadcast 
engineer to apply for . It would be nice to run just a few watts and a 
better antenna and legally operate on some of the frequencies available.
   Kind of sad to see some of the "deadbeats" they have on the 505 kHz 
project . There are people that can and would put a signal on and not make 
excuses for years . May not be 1,000 watt input stations , with huge 
antennas , but 100 or so watts input would be fairly easy to get on pretty 
quickly , with a fair antenna .
