Apparently the pop-up rotates between different advertisements.  The one I 
got was for an MP3 site, and it tried to install some application without my 
permission.  Norton was only able to tell me it had blocked a known browser 
exploit threat before the machine locked up, so I wasn't able to retrieve 
the details.
