My apologies if this results in duplicate messages, but an earlier 
posting with a title of "XGR/3 MFSK16 tonight" has evidently been 
rejected as spam.  Sigh...

WE2XGR/3 will be running MFSK16 tonight on 508.500 kHz, starting around 
0000 UTC. Reports are welcome.

MFSK16 may be decoded by a variety of sound-card programs, including:

IZ8BLY's STREAM
Hamscope
gMFSK
TrueTTY
Fldigi
