[Lowfer] My variometer resistance

In an earlier email to me  Andy said it was 2.77mh.
typical ant requires 2.5mh so Andy's antenna is  right in the ball park.
If Andy went from 24 awg to 14 awg his res would go from 9.0ohms down to
 2ohms by the 
chart. The unloaded q is
Q=X/r so the q would go up by a factor of 4(unloaded)
Tomorrow I'll go out and measure my coil, its litz wire and see what I
 have.

What was the inductance? Don't think you ever told us.
