[Lowfer] Help - Tool Advice?

That's the difficulty I've always had with the pliers approach.  Guess 
I'm not coordinated enough.  It does help to clamp the handles to a bar 
or something similar when you get the tip separation correct so you 
don't have to manage several degrees of freedom.  I use a machinist's 
parallel clamp for quick jobs.  The challenge is in shaping the tips to 
fit the slots or holes in the nut.  If it's not a tight fit or nearly 
so, it's awfully easy to slip and scratch something.
