 A Grabber" is an internet page that displays an ARGO capture screen
from someone's local receiver.  The page is usually set to auto-update
every few minutes.  These are very handy to see if your signal is
"getting out" as the receivers/Grabbers are spaced across the country,
and just to see who's on the air.  Some Grabbers run 24 hours a day,
others only at specified hours, and others whenever the operator has the
time to put it online.
