[Lowfer] /16 on 507.00kc CW beaconing right now (nothing in NE Oregon)

Bummer, that is no fun when the atmospheric noise comes up. All I hear 
here tonight is the storm line down south. I changed a tap on the 
matching transformer to what the MFJ analyzer showed as a better match 
and peaked the variometer. The SWR meter barely shows any reflected 
power now. I'm making it into the Ohio Grabber as usual. I was hearing 
the SAK beacon earlier but not too strong. Long deep fades showing on 
the Ohio Grabber. Probably one of those nights with up & down band 
conditions.
