[Lowfer] Beacon status - EAR

Hello Lowfers,

Now that the vegitation in the immediate vacinity of my final/antenna
tuner has discarded its leaves for another year, I re-tweaked the old
variometer for max output.  According to my RF ammeter, beacon
"EAR" on or about 188.830 kHz. is back at its baseline current.
It transmits in QRSS30 mode 24/7 for all listeners/lookers.
