[Lowfer] Testing loops

Jim,

WD2XES will be sending QRSS30 with 5 watts transmitter output (20 dB 
below normal) on 137.577 kHz until at least 2100 EDT on Sunday.

Lowfer TAG on 185.800 (WOLF)  will be off until Sunday afternoon.
