[Lowfer] Modified MFJ-259B works 100kc to 170mc

Hi Laurence,

It will help a lot to optimize this 600m vertical. I can now see it 
isn't good enough and will need ground improvements and finding a better 
match to the feedline. Zapped my receive converter last night also so I 
have to repair that when I get back home next weekend. Gonna be in 
Michigan all week.
