There are many links on that page.  I think this one is one of the
easiest to build, and while this example is on a protoboard, it of
course doesn't have to be that way:

You'll also find direct digital synthesis projects on this page for LF.

These projects will make LF RF for you so that you can build an
antenna system -- that's where you'll have the most fun, and again,
I'm sure you'll receive many good suggestions here by people far more
qualified than I on that subject.
