Glad I clicked on this link, but so much there I'll need to return.
I note seeing one of those "mavericky" critters on opening screen :-))

One of your links is to the trans-global expedition that lead to the book, "To The Ends of The Earth."
It was/is one of the most gripping adventure tales I've read (also heard a lengthly interview on the Art Bell radio program with the explorer, Finne (?) ).

Been following Your around-the-globe posts here for some time -- and with interest.
