[Lowfer] HIFERS IN DM04

    Hearing two signals here consistently.  NC is visible more or less 
continuously during daylight hours, weaker around noon and late 
afternoon.  The frequency occasionally jumps about 20 Hz or so - doing 
it as I write at 0950 PS - and I suspect something is screwed up as it 
has been in the past.  There's a second signal at 13555.880 +/- which is 
about WV's frequency but I can't read the ID clearly.  Doesn't seem to 
be WV and might be MD or something like that.  Anyone claim credit?  
Haven't heard any others lately, even HI.
