[Lowfer] 2200m Ham Band - The ARRL takes credit!!!!

Last I read in QST, we didn't have the band and would NOT be automatically
getting it during the 2009 convention.

P. 160 of the December 2008 QST - the ARRL takes credit for "earning Amateur
Radio's first  low-frequency (LF) allocation (135.7-137.8 kHz)

and they encourage the grateful hams to send their $$$$ to the ARRL 2009
Speectrum Defense Fund!
