[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 QRSS3 tonight

Am getting all the CW idents. The signal goes through fast fades down to 
inaudibility then up again to strong level for periods of up to 30-60 
seconds. The peaks seem to be much longer than the deep fades. 0355 utc last 
CW ident.
